This talk covers the basic virology and clinical features of congenital CMV. We discuss diagnosis and management of congenital CMV and how this pertains to the new Oregon state law. Finally, we discuss the implications of the new CMV law for practitioners across the state. (Note: includes discussion of the early use of antivirals)
